Effective Technologies allows your organization move up to latest features from BMC Remedy’s best-in-class IT Service Management applications. The upgrades and migrations service can be done as a fixed-fee implementation package that provides installation and basic application data configuration of the new ITSM v7.0 application. In addition, the service provides a one-time data conversion and load of your existing BMC Remedy-based IT Service Management application data to the new application formats.
Import of historical tickets, configuration item data load of the BMC Atrium CMDB, or any migration of custom features can be performed for an additional charge.
