Enterprise LDAP Datalink
The Enterprise LDAP Datalink from Effective Technologies will provide meaningful benefits to BMC Software customers who are planning to deploy the BMC Remedy IT Service Management® 7.0 application suite in concert with LDAP directory services.
The LDAP Datalink will:
- greatly reduce the time and effort required to deploy BMC Remedy IT Service Management 7.0 by streamlining the data configuration and load processes for employee and people information
- regularly synchronize production LDAP data with IT Service Management 7.0
- provide a simplified approach for setting up role-based permissions for each non-IT staff employee
Built entirely on the BMC Remedy Action Request System®, the Enterprise LDAP Datalink will prove a flexible and powerful data load tool for customers who intend to roll out the BMC Remedy IT Service Management 7.0 solution.
