Rick Chen, Managing Principal Rick has held a variety of key management positions at BMC Software's Remedy Service Management business unit.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Rick, recently had product line management responsibilities for Remedy's flagship product line, the AR System platform group, which included defining and executing overall product strategy.
Previous to his tenure in product management, Rick held several enterprise sales and services positions managing sales and business development activities for many of Remedy's largest enterprise accounts. Prior to joining Remedy, Mr. Chen was a senior consultant for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) focused in the telecommunications practice.
Rick holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Scott Howard Scott has held a variety of key management positions at industry leading firms including BMC Software, Remedy, Siemens and Lockheed Martin. His more than 20 years of experience include leadership roles in consulting, sales, client architecture, operations, customer support, education and business development.
Most recently, Scott was responsible for the Global Client Architecture and North American Software Consulting teams at BMC Software. His leadership scope encompassed overall direction, strategy and execution of pre-sales support for the majority of BMC's products. Scott and his team were major contributors in driving over $250M in license revenue in FY08.
Scott holds a BS in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
